CLASS DESCRIPTION
This class is for young children between 2 and 3 years of age who are beginners in the water.

The focus is to increase water confidence and comfort. The young child will be able to go under the water, and float on their back with assistance.

CLASS DESCRIPTION
Semi-private for advanced supertots only. The young child must be able to float 3 feet to an adult and be comfortable on back in the water.

We will creatively introduce the use of goggles in this class for more advanced skills.

The focus will be on swimming the length of the pool taking multiple breathes, floating unassisted on back for 3 seconds, etc.

CLASS DESCRIPTION
This class is designed for the infant or toddler who is already comfortable going under the water and knows how to hold his/her breath. Children in this class will learn more advanced skills than in level 1.

Focus will be on swimming short distances between instructor and parent along with other more advanced skills.

Parents participate in guided sessions with stations in an activity circuit designed toward building water confidence and swimming readiness.

This class is for the fearless young child and parent.

This class is designed for the swimmer who is legal in all four competitive strokes, but needs to refine technique in order to be more efficient and to make swimming each stroke easier.
