Levels

These descriptions are for parents in order to provide a broad description of the prerequisites and skills for each level. There are more skills involved in each level, which cannot be listed.

Class Level	Description
ADULT LEVEL 1 2 (children) : 1 (instructor) 18 - 75 years	All classes are either private or semi-private. We teach everything from the fearful adult beginner to the competitive triathlon athlete looking to improve technique. Once we have determined your level of swimming and your specific goals, we will make instructor recommendations to meet your needs.
